Our management team at Kodiak Assembly Solutions is committed to making sure that the electronic assembly projects for our clients are a success. Three of our co-founders make up our management team, and they each have years of experience and expertise to bring to the table.

Morehouse

Susan Morehouse, Chief Executive Officer

Susan Morehouse has played a key role in the expansion and development of Kodiak Assembly Solutions as both a co-founder and the company’s CEO. She started PenTech Assembly in Austin, Texas, and held the position of president there before co-founding Kodiak Assembly Solutions. Additionally, Ms. Morehouse served as the executive director of the Pennsylvania Museum of Scientific Discovery for five years. Ms. Morehouse, who holds a BA from Chatham University, possesses the managerial abilities and commercial acumen necessary to help drive the company’s ongoing success.

John Kampfer, President

Kodiak Assembly Solutions’ co-founder and President, John Kampfer, brings years of experience to his role. Mr. Kampfer formerly served as the general manager of BridgePoint Technical Manufacturing’s Electronic Assembly Services unit before co-founding Kodiak Assembly Solutions. Previously, he held several management positions at XeTel Corporation and Westinghouse Electric Corporations. Mr. Kampfer attended Purdue University and University of Tennessee, and graduated IN 1987 with a B.S.in Industrial Engineering with High Honors. He is dedicated to guaranteeing the best quality of service and support for our clients.

Harlow

Michael Harlow, Vice President

Michael Harlow contributed significantly to the accomplishments of Kodiak Assembly Solutions as a co-founder and Vice President. With his previous positions as regional sales manager for XeTel Corp. in Austin, Texas, and director of sales for BridgePoint Technical Manufacturing, Mr. Harlow offers over 30 years of experience to his current position. Since 1985, he has also held several managerial positions in the Electronics Industrial Distribution sector. Mr. Harlow is dedicated to offering the best level of service and assistance to our clients thanks to his considerable expertise in sales and management.
